We are registered as an Entrepreneur Service Point (PAE), belonging to the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, which is responsible for facilitating the creation of new companies, the effective start of their activity and their development, through the provision information services, documentation processing, advice, training and support for business financing.
The PAE has a double mission:
- Provide face-to-face information and advice services to entrepreneurs in the definition and telematic processing of their business initiatives, as well as during the first years of activity of the Limited Liability Company.
- Initiate the administrative procedure for the incorporation of the company through the Single Electronic Document (DUE).
We act as a Social Collaborator, signing on behalf of third parties. The existing collaboration agreement between CSC and the Tax Agency allows us to submit returns electronically on behalf of others.
It carries out different procedures, such as regional requirements or taxes, in all the Autonomous Communities and other Administrations. On behalf of third parties and without moving from our office.
